We really try to stress the importance of showing up in time, because we have a lot of customers waiting in line for their appointment and the staff often are fully booked weeks in advance. I also know the staff has been trying to reach out to you to talk things trough and learn from the experience.

I should not have called you at all, cos If I didn't try to be nice and just showed up with my 5 minutes delay you would probably take me in, as again I was the last one, there were no people after me, and I wouldn't waste 2 hours on a useless trip. We're not talking about 30 min, we're talking about a delay of 5 min as I was already in Norreport when I got through.

I never bother writing the reviews, this situation was just a super bad experience. When I was already at the train station, I managed to get through and was told, it is not possible to take me in even though I was the last customer for the day and would be late 5 min. The first call went through, received no reply after I explained my case, then I continued to call until I was almost there. I am aware you wrote down how important is to be on time, and that was a reason I was trying to get a hold of the clinic 40 min before I was supposed to show up to inform you about 5 minutes delay. Reply to reply: True, you called me once, I didn't manage to pick up, never contacted me again. And the appointment was for consultation where they just say "yeah you can do laser, remember to do this and that". Wasted 2 hours of commute time, just to be rescheduled when i was almost there. When i finally managed to get through i was almost there, the lady said that if I am going to be 5-10 delayed then she can't take me. Afterwards tried calling again 5 times, noone picked up. Called 40 min before to let them know, someone picked up and then when I said i will be late, noone replied. I knew i was going to be 5 min late for appointment. We have existed for 12 years with returning customers during the years because our customers trust us and our professionalism and because we take action when needed also when things, on rare cases, not goes perfectly as they should. We have thousands of customers each year, and I can assure you that we dont advice "just for the paycheck" - we want happy customers in the long run and have no interest in "fast cash" and a bad reputation. It's been 5 years, and I wonder how come you did not reach out to us before and asked for medical advise? Im also curious why you waited 5 years to see a dermatologist and not immediately after in 2016, if you did not wanted our help? We have a Doctor (also dermatologist) in the house several days a week (both day and evening), and its standard procedure to see the doctor ASAP when we, one rare time, get to over treat someone or need advice whether the condition could be covered by the state or its a more cosmetic/private issue we are about to handle.

She was SHOCKED that cosmo laser which should be a reputable place did not inform me being as my rosacea was as bad as it was would be covered!!! She said that they absolutely know what is covered by the state and that I should have been informed which they neglected to do in order to get a paycheck. I finally, in 2021 went to my doctor and got a referral to a dermatologist concerning my rosacea. After being so disappointed with the result from cosmo laser I didn’t think laser could work but I was desperate for some help my rosacea. I payed for several laser treatments and they burned me so bad with the laser I now have two scars on my face that won’t go away (dating back from 2016). I went to Cosmo Laser with the hopes of it being able to help. This has been an issue for me for as long as I can remember.
